even tho the time is getting nearer, and sometimes we need to manja manja-kan and gedik2-kan our body with massage or spa perhaps from javanese in One Utama or Serenity Spa?? :D

or Yoga>> yoga is good but 50% from my heart is not into it..so need other options..jogging? futsal?netball? any sports should be ok with me..as long as it relates with 'sport'
